Resolved - Between 23:02 UTC on January 29 and 00:13 UTC on January 30, BloomBoard users experienced connectivity issues resulting in 504 Gateway errors when attempting to access our web applications.
The issue originated from a configuration synchronization error within our infrastructure management layer. Following a recent update to our SSL certificates an automated system process attempted to reconcile the load balancer configuration using outdated certificate references. This resulted in the removal of the secure listeners required to serve traffic to our sites.
Our engineering team identified the missing listeners immediately upon investigation. The load balancer configurations were updated with the correct SSL certificate parameters, and the networking infrastructure was redeployed. Full connectivity was restored to all services by 00:13 UTC.
